These wraps are made of a soft inner hypoallergenic layer that will lay against the skin that is made with 100% organic cotton. The outer layer is made of waterproof organic PUL material & even the stretchy straps are organic. The dimensions of the wrap are10x18 not including the stretchy straps. It can stretch up to 66" in diameter making it universal for most body types.
