These Colonial Shrubs are made by our friends at Adam's Heirlooms with Fruit, Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, and Raw Organic Sugar. They are made as a concentrate that you dilute into water or another beverage of choice. This recipe is inspired by an 1832 recipe, though shrubs date back to the late 1600's.
