While we tantalize your taste buds with samples from Adam's Heirlooms' Truffle Collection & cacao teas, you will embark on a captivating historical journey of cocoa & chocolate. Learn the process of taking chocolate to ganache and finally watch the magic of hand-dipping truffles on a marble slab.
