Back by popular demand, this series will give you information and many recipes you can use to help prevent viral illness, and address symptoms if they do occur. In the first class, we will discuss antivirals and how they can be used for prevention and for acute symptoms. We will begin discussion on some of the most commonly used – and easily available – antiviral herbs. In the second class, we will discuss additional antiviral herbs, and then we will create some products you can use at home: a symptom tea or tincture for colds/flu, a cough syrup, and a tea to help ward off the nasty viruses in the first place! Taking the class in September will give you plenty of time to create some of the key antivirals you will want to have on hand to keep yourself healthy this upcoming winter!
Note: Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all classes. If any class does not fill, money will be refunded to anyone who has paid registration. If you do not attend a class for which you have registered, money is not refunded because instructor time and materials have been expended.
