Today we have access to nearly everything all the time, so we have forgotten what is seasonal food in our growing zones. Although it may be nice to grab strawberries in January, have you ever thought about the fuel required to bring that strawberry to your store? Join us for a light meal; while we eat we will talk about a return to seasonal eating, what that means here in Wisconsin, and how to make the transition.
