Fucus vesiculosus, a type of brown seaweed harvested along the cool Atlantic coastal waters, has a high iodine content and can be incorporated into culinary dishes and spice blends. Bladderwrack powder can even be used in body care recipes.

Seaweeds contain naturally high levels of iodine. This product is harvested from the sea. May contain occasional shell fragments. Consumption of this product may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to fish and shellfish.
